At Vision Looky, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within two (2) weeks for a full refund in store credits. Store credits can be applied toward any future purchase at Vision Looky.
Please note the following terms:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Vision Looky is not responsible for maintaining or retrieving customer purchase records; customers are advised to keep their receipts for verification.

Due to the labor, time, and services rendered during the purchase, cash refunds are not available at this time.

All returned items will be examined upon receipt to ensure they are in like-new condition.

Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will be returned to the customer and not eligible for a refund.

No return or refund can be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Eyeglass Warranty
At Vision Looky, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear and strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Each prescription eyeglasses comes with standard warranty.
The Warranty Covers

All eyeglasses are covered under a three months limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

We offer a one-time free replacement for any lens error or adjustment issue if a customer experiences vision problems while wearing their new glasses within two (2) weeks of receiving the order.
The Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage or breakage of frames or lenses

Scratches caused by improper use or handling

Loss or theft of the product
Repairs and Support:

If your glasses are damaged or broken outside of warranty coverage, we will do our best to repair or fix them at a discounted price whenever possible.
